禁欲真的难，虽然白天可以用做其他事情转移注意力，但当你看到漂亮性感的女人就会马上幻想跟她做爱。最痛苦的是晚上，春梦不断，焦躁不安，恨不得马上出门强奸别人。所以还是适当的有点性生活，对身体和心理健康都有好处。
